Verify Multiple Files Simultaneously

This article explains how to upload and verify multiple files for email verification at the same time using MillionVerifier. This feature allows you to efficiently manage and verify email lists from different segments.

Prerequisites

• A MillionVerifier account.

• Multiple files containing email addresses ready for verification.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the File Upload Page: Navigate to the page in MillionVerifier where you can upload files for email verification.

2. Upload Files: Upload your files one by one. Note that while you can only upload one file at a time, there is no limit to the number of files you can upload.

3. Simultaneous Verification: By default, MillionVerifier will run 2 uploaded files simultaneously, meaning multiple files are being verified at the same time. It is not possible to change the number of files running in parallel.

4. Queue Management: If you upload more than 2 files, the additional files will be placed in a queue, following a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) order. As soon as one file finishes verifying, the next file in the queue will automatically start.

5. Monitor Verification Status: On the same page, you can track the verification status of each file. You’ll see which files are:

   • Waiting: Files that are queued and waiting to be processed.

   • Running: Files that are currently being verified, including a progress indicator.

   • Completed: Files that have finished verification, with a download link for the results.

6. Handle Errors: If a file is not supported, you will receive an error message upon uploading.

   • Note: An error message will be displayed if a file upload fails.

Expected Outcome

After following these steps, your files will be uploaded and verified. You can monitor the progress of each file on the file upload page and download the results once the verification is complete.

Tips

• If you have email lists for different segments, this feature allows you to keep them separated within MillionVerifier.

• Be aware that your account has a speed limit (emails/min). When running two files simultaneously, the speed is split between them.
