We are the only email verifier that allows you to track your credit changes. Every time you purchase or use credits you can see a tracked record in the credit log. Credit log is available for 2 months and you can download it in a CSV file.
What can you see in the credit log:
- Date of credit change.
- Available bulk credits before change.
- Change: how many credits have been added or removed.
- New bulk credit: available bulk credits following the change.
- Reason for the change.
Common reasons for credit change:
- Purchase bulk credits.
- Start verifying a file.
- Refund of credits for unknown results in your file.
- API call. (API calls are logged once in every 2 minutes)
