We are the only email verifier that allows you to track your credit changes. Every time you purchase or use credits you can see a tracked record in the credit log. Credit log is available for 2 months and you can download it in a CSV file.

What can you see in the credit log:

  • Date of credit change.
  • Available bulk credits before change.
  • Change: how many credits have been added or removed.
  • New bulk credit: available bulk credits following the change.
  • Reason for the change.

Common reasons for credit change:

  • Purchase bulk credits.
  • Start verifying a file.
  • Refund of credits for unknown results in your file.
  • API call. (API calls are logged once in every 2 minutes)
