MillionVerifier is now operated by Southern Vector: what this means for you
MillionVerifier is now operated by Southern Vector Limited, a New Zealand–based company, taking over from GBD Software as a Service Ltd. Your account, credits, API keys, integrations and prices stay the same, and no action is needed. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about invoices, VAT and GST, our updated policies and data protection.
About the change
Southern Vector gives MillionVerifier a strong foundation for growth, allowing us to invest even more in the tools you rely on every day. The same team continues to run, develop and support MillionVerifier, so you’ll keep working with the people you already know.
No action needed
The change happens automatically, and your service continues without interruption. You don’t need to do anything.
Your account and service
Your account, remaining credits, API keys and integrations all stay exactly as they are. Your API keys keep working, and you don’t need to reconnect or reconfigure any integrations and the MillionVerifier app also works exactly as before.
Pricing and guarantee
Our prices stay the same, and the 100% Money Back Guarantee continues to apply exactly as before.
Invoices and taxes
Invoices issued from the change date onwards show Southern Vector Limited’s company name and tax number instead of GBD Software as a Service Ltd’s. Invoices issued before the change keep the previous company details and remain valid.
Because the service is now provided by a New Zealand company, the taxes on your invoices have changed. Customers in Europe are no longer charged VAT, and customers in New Zealand are now charged GST in line with local tax requirements.
Policies and data protection
Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement now name Southern Vector Limited as the service provider.
Protecting your data remains one of our highest priorities, and our commitment to privacy and security is unchanged.
